Daniela Pfeifer is a dietician with various qualifications, including TCM therapist with studies at the Centre for Naturopathy in Munich. She has also completed TCM nutritional counselling with various experts, including B. Temelie, S. Peroutka, Ch. Seifert and G. Klinger in Steyr, Austria. As a qualified Shiatsu practitioner, trained at ISSÖ Graz, she has specialised in low-carb keto nutrition, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases, cancer, metabolic diseases and fatty liver. In addition to her practical work, she is also an author and gives lectures on nutrition. She is also involved in adult education in order to pass on her knowledge and experience.
